Our Story

My career started in a small-town agency in Central Wisconsin as a licensed agency assistant. Early on, I witnessed the impact life insurance can have on those left behind. After 8 years there, I moved to roles at a home office for an insurance carrier, where I learned more about life insurance and made it my purpose to spread knowledge and assist producers in case development and design based on the business needs they had uncovered in their P & C reviews.

In 2021, I began working at a SaaS TPA for COLI and NQDC Plan Administration as a business analyst with industry knowledge.

I was laid off in July, 2025, when my job was eliminated due to company restructuring.

I applied to over 30 carriers and agencies for over 200 positions, and after being told over and over again that my background and resume are impressive, but never quite what they are looking for, I decided to start my own company.

​My work within an agency, supporting life companies, assisting agents with case placement, and working with brokers in my TPA setting made it clear that there is not enough support for professionals in the financial services sector.

Agents, brokers, and financial advisors have a lot to keep track of in their businesses. From prospecting, needs analysis, underwriting, suitability, regulations, quotas, and keeping track of the variety of products that are offered through the insurance carriers and financial institutions that you work with. If you want to grow your business, you need to take the time to train staff on the same things you are also working to develop and grow in.

When you are not a top producer for these institutions, it can be hard to get the support you need to run and grow your financial practice.

I have 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, spanning sales and software, as well as individual life and executive benefits.
